Cancellation Policy

Hotels

• Up to 21^st of February, 100% of the total accommodation cost is refundable.
• From the 22^nd of February until 22^nd of June, 30% of the total accommodation cost will be kept as cancellation fees.
• From the 23^rd   of June until the 21^st of September, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be kept as cancellation fees.
• From the 22^nd of September until 05^th of October, 70% of the total accommodation cost will be kept as cancellation fees.
• From the 06^th until the day of your scheduled arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be kept as cancellation fees.

In case that the event will not take place, a 10% administration fee will be charged.

Transfers

• If you cancel the service in less than 5 days prior the event, no cancellation fees will apply.
• If you cancel the service in less than 4 days prior the event, 50% cancellation fees will apply.
• If you cancel the service in less than 3 days prior the event, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
